Any promotional pricing, discounts or limited-time offers may have their own terms and validity periods.
Course fees generally cover the educational program described on the relevant program page. Additional costs, such as optional software subscriptions, equipment or robotics kits, will be communicated separately where applicable.
5. Classes & Attendance
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time.
If a student misses a class, access to a recording, makeup class or alternative arrangement will depend on the specific program.
Little Smurfy Global is not responsible for missed classes caused by the student’s personal circumstances, internet connection, device problems or failure to attend.
Where possible, reasonable support may be provided.

8. Student Projects & Portfolio
Students may create projects as part of their learning.
Unless otherwise agreed, students retain ownership of their original creative work, subject to any rights belonging to third-party tools, assets, fonts, music, images or other materials used in the project.
We encourage students to build portfolios from their completed projects.
9. Certificates
Certificates may be provided upon successful completion of a program where stated on the relevant course page.
Receiving a certificate does not guarantee employment, freelance work, income or admission to any educational institution.
10. Educational Results & Earnings
Little Smurfy Global provides educational and skill-development programs.
We do not guarantee employment, freelance income, business results, advertising results or future earnings from completing any program.
Programs involving Meta Ads or Google Ads are educational and focus on understanding digital advertising concepts and campaign fundamentals.
11. Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and other students.
Bullying, harassment, inappropriate behavior, cheating, misuse of technology or disruption of classes may result in suspension or removal from a program.
No refund is guaranteed in cases where access is removed due to serious misconduct.
12. Intellectual Property
